Rev Haydn and the Wardens are happy to announce that in his letter to parishes, Archbishop Greg Kerr-Wilson is permitting in-person services, providing we rigorously observe COVID protocols, including masking and distancing. So this Sunday we plan for in-person worship, while continuing to offer the Zoom alternative. If you feel unwell or are uncomfortable coming to church please join our Zoom as you are able.

Today’s Scripture Readings:

Isaiah 6:1-8, 9-13; Psalm 138; 1Corinthians 15:1-11; Luke 5:1-11

In our prayers this week let us give thanks for our many blessings, and continue to pray for our neighbours, friends and family. Let us continue to pray for the flood recovery in BC and particularly for the ministry of Christ Church, Hope. As we look forward to the season of Lent, let us intentionally uphold in prayer the various crises in our world, that the Lord would redeem our brokeness through His love and bring healing to our world.

O Living God,

We who are partly living,

Scarcely hoping, and fitfully caring,

Pray to You now to make us fully alive.

Give us the vitality, awareness, and commitment

that we see in Jesus Christ,

Through the power of His death and resurrection.

We ask this in His Name. Amen

Save the Date- Our Annual Meeting of Parishioners Is on Sunday February 27, after service. Please get your reports in to Helen at the office by Wednesday February  9.
